We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Freight Broker / Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and manage freight shipments across the U.S.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
- Track shipments, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to clients
- Handle quoting, scheduling, and negotiating rates
- Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior freight brokerage or logistics experience is a plus
- Must be proficient with a computer (email, spreadsheets, TMS software, etc.)
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer outreach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
