We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Freight Broker / Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

Source and manage freight shipments across the U.S.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
Track shipments, troubleshoot issues, and provide updates to clients
Handle quoting, scheduling, and negotiating rates
Communicate clearly and professionally by phone and email

What We’re Looking For:

Prior freight brokerage or logistics experience is a plus
Must be proficient with a computer (email, spreadsheets, TMS software, etc.)
Comfortable with cold calling and customer outreach
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
