Positions Available:
- 1099 Independent Freight Agents – Keep a large cut of what you earn. Work when and how you want. Build your empire.
- W-2 Freight Brokers – Generous base salaries + aggressive commission structures. Healthcare and full benefits available.
Compensation Highlights:
- Up to 70% commission (1099) depending on volume and experience
- Base salaries starting at $60K–$135K with tiered commission plans
- Uncapped earnings – we want you to grow, and we won’t limit your success
- Bonuses for high-volume lanes, strategic customers, and specialized markets

Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced freight brokers/agents (3+ years preferred)
- You have an existing book of business (or the hustle to build one quickly)
- You know how to close freight deals, build relationships, and thrive under pressure
- Bonus points if you specialize in high-margin lanes (reefer, flatbed, oversized, etc.)
W-2 vs. 1099? You Choose.
