Positions Available:
1099 Independent Freight Agents – Keep a large cut of what you earn. Work when and how you want. Build your empire.
W-2 Freight Brokers – Generous base salaries aggressive commission structures. Healthcare and full benefits available.
Compensation Highlights:
Up to 70% commission (1099) depending on volume and experience
Base salaries starting at $60K–$135K with tiered commission plans
Uncapped earnings – we want you to grow, and we won’t limit your successBonuses for high-volume lanes, strategic customers, and specialized markets

Who We're Looking For:
Experienced freight brokers/agents (3 years preferred)You have an existing book of business (or the hustle to build one quickly)You know how to close freight deals, build relationships, and thrive under pressureBonus points if you specialize in high-margin lanes (reefer, flatbed, oversized, etc.)
W-2 vs. 1099? You Choose.
