LTL Freight Broker / Sales Account Manager (Remote)
We have partnered with a growing logistics company who is seeking an LTL Freight Broker to join a leading logistics team that is growing and heavily investing in their LTL division. This is a remote role backed by an elite operations team that knows freight and has experience, giving the sales team the autonomy to focus on what they do best: moving freight and scaling their desk.

Requirements

3+ Years Experience: Background as a Freight Broker or Sales Executive in the logistics space.

Verifiable Production: Ability to provide production numbers (Monthly GP, load count, and average margins).

Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and the ability to leverage rates with carriers and shippers.

Self-Starter: A "make it happen" attitude in a remote environment.
Responsibilities

Business Development: Source and secure new LTL customers.

Account Management: Build and maintain long-term shipper relationships.

Rate Negotiation: Leverage carrier relations to secure competitive LTL pricing.

Execution: Work with ops team to ensure service excellence.
