We encourage Freight Brokers with an existing book of business to join our team based in Monterey, California, or remotely. We also encourage supply chain professionals with the drive and the willingness to sell freight to apply. The Ideal Candidate:
- Understands Fresh Produce
- Knows Growing regions (prefer US east coast)
- Has strong Industry Contacts in your database, including carriers and shipper contacts
- Is familiar with current trends in freight
- Understands how to mitigate and resolve claims efficiently
- Manages existing book of business
- Is ready to expand business
- Has experience in Frontal sales to new customers
