What You’ll Enjoy:
- $80K–$100K base salary + lucrative commissions

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers and carriers, managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close
- Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth
- Manage accounts and set them up for success
- Negotiate rates and manage contracts with customers and carriers
- Coordinate shipments
- Hit necessary KPIs established by leadership
What We’re Looking For

- 2–5+ years of cradle to grave freight brokerage experience
- No Non-Compete
- $300k/month+ Revenue - $30k/month+ Gross Margin
- Proven sales and relationship-building success
